Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PilatePal purchase. Below are our return and refund guidelines:

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, email help.pilatepal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

Instead of a refund to the original payment method, we will provide a store credit for the full amount of the returned item. After we receive and process your return, you will receive a one-time discount code via email for the credited amount to be used on any future purchase in our store.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
